Kristen Mills takes the Helm at HDC, Inc.

The CCA extends congratulations to one of our own dedicated volunteers, Kristen Mills, on her exciting new role as President of HDC, Inc.

HDC, Inc. is a full-service commercial real estate project management and owner representation company located at  2818 O’Donnell Street. After more than 30 years, founder John Harmon is stepping down from HDC, leaving behind a company built on quality, integrity, and strong relationships.

As the company honors his legacy, they have announced the next generation of leadership: Kristen Mills as President and Nick Mills as Principal and co-owner. Together, they bring a deep connection to HDC and a shared vision for the future—including an exciting path forward as a woman-owned business.

"Having grown with this company over the years, this opportunity is both a personal milestone and a responsibility I take great pride in. I look forward to building on HDC's strong legacy, supporting our exceptional team, and leading the company into an exciting new chapter of growth and opportunity."

Along with leading Canton-based HDC, Kristen is a regular and passionate volunteer right here in our neighborhood.

"As someone who both lives and works in Canton, I’m incredibly proud to be part of such a vibrant and connected community," Kristen shared. "Canton is more than just where I call home. It’s a place I’m passionate about investing my time and energy into. Through my involvement with the Canton Community Association (CCA), I’m committed to giving back, strengthening neighborhood connections, and helping ensure Canton continues to be a wonderful place to live, work, and thrive.

Currently, Kristen is channeling that community spirit into a major CCA project, actively serving on the Project ODSP committee to help plan the redesign of the center of O’Donnell Square Park.

The CCA is glad to celebrate Kristen as she steps into this new leadership position, and we look forward to seeing her continue her work both at HDC and within the Canton community.
