Project ODSP now accepting RFBs

The Canton Community Association (CCA) is now accepting Requests for Bids (RFBs) for the O’Donnell Square Park Central Renovation Project, also known as Project ODSP. The project will revitalize the center of O’Donnell Square Park with a new pavilion structure, upgraded hardscaping, native landscaping, electrical improvements, and an enhanced and welcoming public gathering space to support community socialization, programming, and events.

The renovation is being led by the Canton Community Association in partnership with Baltimore City Recreation & Parks, Councilmember Mark Parker, Parks & People, Inc., and EnviroCollab Landscape Architects.

Qualified general contractors and construction management firms are invited to submit proposals. A mandatory site walk-through will take place on June 3, 2026 at O’Donnell Square Park, 1021 S. Linwood Ave., Baltimore, MD 21224.
The last day for questions from contractors is June 10, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing to the 4 emails listed. Bids are due by June 22, 2026.
