Call 311 before 6 p.m. on Sunday to arrange a leaf collection for the following Monday. During these scheduled pickups, DPW will collect up to 20 bags of leaves. Residents may schedule multiple appointments for up to two months prior to the pick-up date. Multiple appointments may be scheduled until all of your bagged leaves are collected.

Fire Prevention – No Firepits!
As the season changes and the weather cools it’s tempting to purchase a firepit or outdoor stove to gather around, grab a Boh, and #GetNeighborly. But, neighbors, this is the least neighborly thing you can do! This is highly dangerous, unsafe, and ILLEGAL in Baltimore City. To paraphrase City Code section 307 “Open burning, recreational fires, and portable outdoor fireplaces may not be operated within 15 feet of any structure, combustible material, or property line.” Please be a responsible neighbor, follow the fire code, and DON’T engage in any form of open flame on your deck, sidewalk, or in your yard!! The community thanks you.
