1. 1216 S Highland Ave - (Adam Carballo, Carballo Architecture / Bill & Weiglein, Homeowner) - The house was damaged by fire in March and needs to be rebuilt. Specifically, the request is for a variance for lot coverage and rear yard setback as well as a special exception for height. 

2. 1212 & 1214 Highland - Adam Carballo, Carballo Architect / Brian Chance, Chance Development) - Property damaged by fire and will be redeveloped.

3. 3424 Toone St - (Adam Carballo, Carballo Architecture / Michael & Valerie Lopez, Homeowner) - Conversion of 4 unit apartment building to a single family home. Variances requested for full lot coverage and height.

4. 2901 & 2907 O'Donnell Street  (Caroline Hecker, Jenifer Fedeli and/or Jackie McCusker) - Live entertainment MOU for Mama's on the Half Shell and Nacho Mama's is being negotiated now and to be complete by September 12 if not sooner.

5. Looney's Pub - 2900 O'Donnell Street (Brent Sale) - Liquor License Transfer / New Owner.
