Agenda:
1. Bayside Cantina (formerly Boathouse / Raw Bar). They just filed an application to transfer the liquor license and they would like to attend the next EDC to introduce themselves. The operator, Carlos Cruz will share the plans in more detail. Carlos currently operates Chilango’s in Fell’s Point, as a point of reference. (Caroline Hecker)

2. Transfer of Canton Crossing Wine & Spirit’s liquor license from their current location to a new spot in Canton Crossing next to the Nordstrom Rack. We will also be requesting to convert the existing BD-7 License to an A-7 license, which is mostly a technicality since Canton Crossing Wine & Spirits does not have (or intend to have) a tavern component.
