Subject: Response to issues related to liquor licenses in the community.
The Liquor License Chairperson and committee members are responsible to oversee the administration of this policy.
It is CCA's policy to work with new or perspective liquor licenseholders and the immediate neighbors to obtain a mutually beneficial, binding agreement when possible. This will also be attempted with existing licenseholders that present a reoccurring problem to the neighbors. In either case, a community resident and CCA member will be appointed as lead in negotiating the agreement. This agreement will be based on a template agreement provided by the Liquor License Committee Chair and customized to suit the particular situation and concerns.
