HDC Confirms CHAP Hearing Schedule

The Historic Districts Council of Baltimore has confirmed that the City Council has scheduled a hearing on the effectiveness of the city's Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) on Wednesday, October 24, at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, 100 N.
