Dypski Tot Lot Meeting!

Delegate Cornell N. Dypski

For years, Cornell Dypski represented the 46th District of Baltimore (Canton & Southeast Baltimore) with distinction. In fact, the "tot lot" located in the 1200 block of S. Ellwood Avenue is named after Delegate Dypski.

Unfortunately, the "tot lot" has seen its share of problems lately. Join your neighbors, elected officials, and many others as we meet to discuss this important issue.
