The EDC evaluates proposed developments on
a case-by-case basis. The specifics of the project will determine
if a letter of support or opposition will be written on behalf
of the proposed development to the Board of Municipal Zoning
Appeals (BMZA).
Beginning in January, 2006, all EDC meetings will
be held at the Broom Factory building (1300 S. Baylis Street)
on the corner of Boston Street and S. Baylis, room 235. Please
enter off of S. Baylis. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m.
