City Services

Your taxes pay for a number of city services. The City of Baltimore has implemented a new one call number "311" for all city services. Please call 311 to get help with specific neighborhood issues.

(The department promises a response within 48 hours)
Abandoned Vehicles 410-396-1944
(Provide a description of vehicle and its location. City promises action within 48 hours)
Bulk Trash 410-361-9333
(Includes old appliances, boxes, furniture and up to four tires with the rims removed – No building materials! Clearly mark the items as BULK TRASH.) You must contact them to arrange pickup.
